Hybytes Ltd aims to create value beyond our commercial work: we support skills development in technology, including offering training placements and considering apprenticeships as we grow; we contribute open-source improvements where our engineering work allows; we favour local and small suppliers where practical; we operate inclusively (see our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Policy) and pay staff fairly; and we minimise our environmental footprint (see our Environmental Policy). In public-sector engagements we deliver social value commitments agreed in the contract, aligned to the national Social Value Model themes. Reviewed annually by the directors.
