Hybytes Ltd is committed to providing a safe and healthy working environment for staff, contractors and visitors, in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974. Our work is low-risk office and remote work; our arrangements are proportionate: workstation and display-screen (DSE) self-assessment guidance for office and home working; safe equipment, tested where required; fire safety and first-aid arrangements at any office we occupy; risk assessments for any non-routine activity; accident recording and investigation; and consultation with staff on matters affecting their health and safety, including mental health and wellbeing. Overall responsibility rests with the directors of Hybytes Ltd; every worker must take reasonable care of themselves and others and report hazards promptly. This policy is kept under annual review.
