Sub-processors

We use the following sub-processors to provide Swiip. Each is bound by a written agreement meeting the standards of our DPA. We give at least 30 days notice of additions or replacements; subscribe on this page for change notifications.

• Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL — cloud hosting and infrastructure — hosting region: EU (London); transfers safeguarded by the AWS Data Processing Addendum incorporating the EU SCCs and UK Addendum.
• Clerk Inc. — authentication and access-request management — US; EU SCCs and UK Addendum.
• Chatwoot Inc. — live chat and support — US; EU SCCs and UK Addendum.
• Stripe Payments Europe Ltd / Stripe Inc — payment processing — Ireland/US; EU SCCs and UK Addendum; PCI-DSS Level 1.
• HubSpot Ireland Ltd — CRM and customer communications — Ireland/US; EU SCCs and UK Addendum.
• Twilio SendGrid — transactional and marketing email — US; EU SCCs and UK Addendum.
• Google Ireland Ltd — business email and collaboration (Workspace/Cloud); website tag management and analytics (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics) — Ireland/US; EU SCCs, UK Addendum and EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
