Environmental and Sustainability Policy

Hybytes Ltd is committed to minimising the environmental impact of our operations. As a digital business our footprint is modest, and mainly indirect: we select cloud providers with strong renewable-energy and carbon-reduction commitments; we operate largely remotely and favour public transport and rail for travel; we minimise, reuse and recycle equipment, disposing of electronic waste through WEEE-compliant channels; we prefer suppliers with credible environmental standards; and we measure and seek to reduce our emissions year on year. If we bid for public-sector work above the relevant threshold, we will publish a Carbon Reduction Plan aligned to PPN 06/21 — including baseline emissions and a net-zero target date — alongside this policy. Reviewed annually by the directors. This statement does not form part of any contract.
