Hybytes Ltd processes personal data in accordance with UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and, where applicable, EU GDPR and other local laws. Our commitments: we process personal data lawfully, fairly and transparently; we collect it for specified purposes and keep no more than we need for no longer than we need; we keep it accurate and secure; we honour data-subject rights promptly; we build privacy by design and default into our products and processes; we carry out impact assessments where processing is likely to result in high risk; we use processors only under written contracts; and we transfer data internationally only with appropriate safeguards.
