Enterprise customers
Where an enterprise customer requires negotiated terms (custom SLA, pricing, security commitments), we use a one-page Order Form signed by both parties that incorporates this framework by reference and states only the negotiated variations. The online framework remains the base contract; the Order Form takes precedence over it to the extent of any conflict. Professional-services engagements (DevOps Automation and Compliance Automation) are governed by a signed Statement of Work.
